We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Sales Executive to develop and manage our business across multiple sales channels. The role covers chain supermarkets, industrial & Horeca sales, and corporate gifts. You will build relationships, present products, negotiate listings and drive new business while

Qualifications

• Relevant sales experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably supermarkets, food ingredients, HORECA or related channels.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, proactive, resourceful and sales-oriented.
• Capable of supervising a small team of promoters or merchandisers and organising their work schedules.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own vehicle.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation when required.
• Able to develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing supermarket chain accounts; negotiate product listings, shelf space, promotional displays and merchandising opportunities; develop new accounts and expand distribution; coordinate in-store promotions and festive displays; supervise promoters and merchandisers and their schedules.
• Develop and service customers in food manufacturing, bakeries, cafés, restaurants and food service; conduct product presentations, sampling and application demonstrations; identify opportunities for customers to incorporate our ingredients into their products and menus; follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate gift buyers, hamper companies and distributors; promote our festive and premium gifting product ranges; identify new business opportunities and secure orders.
