Exinity is seeking a high-performing Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team to support Marketing and Sales hiring across CIS countries on a 1-Year contract basis. This 360 role covers end-to-end recruitment, from briefing and sourcing to candidate management, interview coordination, and offer support.

The ideal candidate is commercial, highly organized, and comfortable at pace, with proven experience recruiting within fintech, financial services, trading, FX, CFD, or crypto

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Recruiter.
• Strong experience in mass hiring.
• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within fintech, financial services, trading, FX, CFD, or crypto.
• Multitasking capabilities.
• Experience recruiting Marketing and Sales roles.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end recruitment for Marketing and Sales roles from intake to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and TA teammates to define role requirements and market realities.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists quickly with strong market fit.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS databases, and local platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across Asia.
• Head-hunt passive candidates and map competitor talent pools in fintech/financial services.
• Own candidate communication end-to-end, ensuring a professional experience.
• Conduct initial screening calls in strong Business English.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and follow-ups.
