Job summary

Exinity is seeking a high-performing Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month contract across Indonesia, Vietnam and Hong Kong. You will own roles end-to-end: briefing, sourcing, candidate management, interview coordination, and offer support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, proven mass hiring ability, and strong experience as a 360 recruiter in fintech or financial services. Excellent Business English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Recruiter.
• Strong experience in Mass Hiring.
• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within fintech, financial services, trading, FX, CFD, or crypto.
• Multitasking skills and ability to recruit Marketing and Sales roles.
• Excellent Business English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work remotely while staying highly responsive and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Marketing and Sales roles, from intake through to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers and TA colleagues to understand role requirements, priorities, and market realities.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists quickly with strong relevance and market fit.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS databases, and local platforms.
