Job summary

Boost Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional for a 6 months contract in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Business Development, Sales, Product, and Technology roles, sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, referrals and networking.

You will partner with hiring managers to deliver quality hires and provide market insights on trends and compensation, while building strong pipelines and ensuring an outstanding candidate

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in fintech, banking, technology, or agency environments.
• Proven success in hiring for both commercial and technical roles.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.
