Job summary

Confidential in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles. You will source and screen candidates, engage them through LinkedIn Recruiter and portals, and partner with hiring managers to attract top talent.

You will build pipelines, provide market insights on compensation, and own the full lifecycle from posting to onboarding, while delivering a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Technology, or recruitment agencies.
• Proven track record hiring both technical and non-technical talent.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
