Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a rapidly expanding technology and consumer services provider to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to lead a new project’s financial health within a large finance division. You will report to the Financial Controller and oversee AP/AR/GL while driving performance for the project.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including core accounting operations and FP&A.
• Experience in a large finance department or complex corporate structure.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, AR, and GL for the new project and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support project objectives.
• Head a newly formed team and collaborate with other finance managers and cross-functional partners.
