Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a leading Malaysian IT sector PLC to fill a strategic finance leadership role reporting to the CEO. The role emphasizes high-level financial analysis, group consolidation, and Bursa Malaysia reporting, with a direct pathway to Financial Controller.

You will translate complex financial data into strategic guidance, drive annual planning, and ensure compliance across IFRS/MFRS, tax, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy is required.
• ACCA, CPA, or MIA are highly advantageous.
• 6–8 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts at group level.
• Deep knowledge of Group Consolidation and PLC/Bursa reporting.
• Strong IFRS/MFRS knowledge and Companies Act familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Executive Support & Financial Analysis: work with the CEO on strategic planning and dashboards.
• Group Consolidation & Bursa Reporting: lead monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and Bursa submissions.
• Technical Accounting & Audit: IFRS/MFRS expert; liaison with external auditors.
• Taxation & Compliance: manage corporate tax, SST, WHT; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Operations & Controls: strengthen internal controls; review Annual Report for accuracy.
