To spearhead the financial viability of an exciting, newly launched strategic project, they are creating a brand-new headcount and seeking a highly capable Senior Finance Manager to join their expansive finance division.

Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting, month-end, and year-end closings specific to the project's portfolio.
Commercial FP&A:
Lead comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support the new project's commercial objectives and growth trajectory.
Conduct deep-dive variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) and provide actionable financial insights to the Financial Controller and key executive stakeholders.
Team Leadership within a Large Department:
Lead, mentor, and shape a newly formed dedicated team focused exclusively on this strategic expansion.
Collaborate seamlessly with other Finance Managers and cross-functional teams within the broader, large-scale finance department to ensure aligned internal controls and reporting frameworks.
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. A recognized Professional Accounting Qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA, ICAEW) is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally blending core accounting operations with robust FP&A capabilities.

Leadership Capabilities: Strong people management skills with the ability to build, lead, and motivate a new team while navigating a large organizational matrix.
Attributes:
Highly adaptable, commercially astute, and comfortable taking ownership of a new project's financials.
Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for variance analysis and strategic forecasting.
