Job summary

Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a talented Senior Executive to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this full-time role, you will drive recruitment and selection for key roles across the organisation, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and attract top talent.

You will manage candidate screening, interviews and assessments, build a strong pipeline, and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes while contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within retail or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and tools, with the ability to attract top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of sourcing, screening and onboarding high-calibre candidates.
• Proficient in utilising applicant tracking systems and HR information systems.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
