Job summary

Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team. This full-time role focuses on driving recruitment and selection for key roles across the organisation to support growth.

You will partner with hiring managers, source through multiple channels, screen and interview candidates, and build a robust candidate pipeline while tracking metrics to improve outcomes. Flexible work arrangements are offered within a dynamic fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

About the role

Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Executive to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment and selection process for key positions across our organisation, with a focus on finding the best-fit candidates to support our continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Utilizing a range of sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, referrals and networking
• Conducting comprehensive candidate screening, interviews and assessments to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Collaborating with the HR team to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Providing hiring managers with insightful candidate recommendations and feedback
• Tracking and analysing recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry
• Strong understanding of the latest recruitment strategies and tools, with the ability to think creatively to attract top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of sourcing, screening and onboarding high‑calibre candidates
• Proficient in utilising applicant tracking systems and HR information systems
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
• Adaptable and resilient, with a solutions‑oriented mindset
