Averis is seeking a Sales Coordination / Order Management Executive/Senior Executive in Kuala Lumpur to oversee smooth order processing and efficient sales operations. You will coordinate with the Sales Team to meet allocation requirements, verify pricing and approvals, process orders and quotations in SAP, and monitor LC and payment status for timely releases to mills.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in related fields and at least 2 years' experience in sales coordination or order

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, order management or a similar role.
• Experience in sales order processing, quotation preparation, and customer order management.
• Based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (Accessible by LRT).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.
• Handle processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collect orders from Sales Team members, check pricing and required approvals, and enter customer orders into SAP based on the customer PO.
• Release quotations to customers, convert quotations into Sales Orders, and monitor LC and payment status.
• Monitor the sales team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Duties including operation reporting.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordination / Order Management Executive / Senior Executive in ensuring smooth order processing and efficient sales operations. This role manage sales orders from order collection to release, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Coordinate with the Sales Team to meet allocation requirements, verify pricing and approvals, process orders and quotations in ERP SAP system, and monitor Letter of Credit (LC) and payment status for timely order release to the mill.

Functional Accountabilities:

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, or any relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, order management, or a similar role.
• Experience in sales order processing, quotation preparation, and customer order management.
• Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (Accessible by LRT)
