Averis Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a candidate for Shipping Documentation and International Trade support roles. Fresh graduates are welcome; Diploma or degree in International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics is preferred.
Training will be provided, and the role is based at Bangsar South, easily reachable by LRT. The role covers handling export documents, LC compliance, coordination with forwarders and SAP order processing, with opportunities to learn across shipping operations

Functional Accountabilities:
Shipping
Handling full set of Export shipping documentation and preparing the necessary shipping documents for Bank negotiation including Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.
Ensure all the shipping documents release are compliance with policies and procedures.
Ensure full Letter of Credit (L/C) compliances.
Liaise and follow-up internally with forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status located all over the world.
Manage day-to-day shipping transaction of the Trading Companies.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Handle the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Collect orders from Sales Team members, check pricing and required approvals, and enter customer orders into SAP based on the customer PO.
Release quotations to customers, convert quotations into Sales Orders, and monitor LC and payment status.
Monitor the sales team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Duties including operation reporting.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, or any relevant discipline.
