Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
• Experience in sales administration or a related role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with sales reports and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Collect orders from Sales Team to meet allocations.
• Check price and obtain approval if required.
• Enter orders in SAP according to customer PO.
• Release quotations to customers and convert to Sales Orders.
• Follow LC and payment for order release to mill.
• Coordinate with team and monitor sales progress.
