Job summary

Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee design, submission, tender, shop drawings and construction drawings within property development projects.

You will coordinate submissions to authorities, prepare essential project documents, and manage tendering, handover, and inspections with main contractors and NSC. Strong scheduling, coordination and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property development, project planning or project management.
• Strong understanding of the property development process and project planning.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Strong in project scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Check design, submission, tender, shop drawing and construction drawing for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate submission drawings and documents to authorities.
• Prepare DLAP documents, marketing materials info, SPA documents and project implementation docs.
• Coordinate tender, shop drawing, as‑built and handing over docs (T&C/O&M).
• Attend design/technical clarifications with main contractor and NSC; follow up AI/EI during project.
• Periodically inspect site and attend site meetings.
• Prepare and compile forms for CCC submission and join CCC inspection.
• Join CPC inspection and manage CPC issuance process including defect list verification and acceptance.
• Compile and update market information and surveys.

Job description

Check design, submission, tender, shop drawing and construction drawing in term of characters and identity, constructability, space planning and its efficiency with reference to design parameter checklist.

Coordinate submission drawings and documents to authorities.

Prepare DLAP documents, marketing materials info, SPA documents and project implementation documents i.e. block numbering, project signboard info, priority area.

Coordinate and compile tender construction, shop drawing, as built and handing over documents inclusive of T&C/O&M.

Coordinate and assist to attend with main contractor and NSC on the design and technical clarification issues (e.g. RFI), and follow up AI/EI during the project implementation stage. Periodic site inspection and attend site meeting.

Prepare and compile forms for CCC submission and join CCC inspection.

Join CPC inspection and follow-up with CPC issuance process - inspection, defect list, verification and acceptance.

Compile and update market information and survey.

Job Requirement

Minimum 5 years’ experience in property development, project planning or project management.

Good understanding of the property development process and project planning.

Experienced in coordinating with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders.

Strong in project scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.

Proficient in Autocad and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.

Experience in landed residential / township development is an added advantage.
