Job summary

Haverse Holding Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced project planning lead to drive end-to-end property development from land to CCC.

You will oversee master planning, design coordination with consultants, and regulatory submissions to keep milestones on schedule. The role requires 5+ years in property development planning, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp/Photoshop/MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree as required in related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years in project planning, town planning or property development.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian development process and CCC requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Excellent project management, analytical and stakeholder skills.
• Able to collaborate with consultants, authorities and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and development of property projects from land acquisition through to completion and CCC.
• Manage master planning, conceptual design, product development and coordination with consultants and stakeholders.
• Coordinate authority submissions and approvals to ensure timely project progress and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project delivery against timeline, budget, quality and development objectives, and manage risks.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Support project launches by coordinating product information, specifications, approvals and development requirements.
• Review project development strategies and provide recommendations on planning, design, product positioning and implementation.
• Lead and develop the project planning team, ensuring effective performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies and applicable industry standards.

Job description

Requirements

Degree in Town Planning, Architecture, Property Development, Civil Engineering, Real Estate or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project planning, town planning or property development. Strong experience in property development planning, authority submissions, consultant coordination and project implementation.

Good understanding of the Malaysian property development process, including relevant statutory approvals and CCC requirements.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.

Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work effectively with consultants, authorities, contractors and cross-functional teams.

Candidates with relevant property development experience will have an added advantage.
