Job summary

Atria Shopping Gallery Sdn Bhd (A member of OSK Group) is seeking a leasing specialist to plan and execute strategies that balance the centre's tenancy mix and maximize occupancy. You will identify, negotiate, and communicate with tenants, process leasing documentation, and support daily leasing operations while contributing to marketing efforts.

The role requires 2+ years in retail/property leasing, strong lease negotiation skills, and the ability to assess market trends and feasibility

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, mall, or commercial property leasing and business development.

• Plan and execute leasing strategies to create a balanced tenancy mix for the centre
• Identify, communicate and negotiate efficiently with tenants and prospective retailers
• Process leasing documentations, reports and retailer correspondences
• Assist in managing the daily operations of the leasing department

Job Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, mall, or commercial property leasing and business development.

Diploma or Degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of lease negotiation, tenancy agreements, and retail business development
