Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Leasing Manager to source tenants for a Johor Bahru mall, manage the full leasing lifecycle, and support strategic rent decisions. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Ops and Fit-out teams to ensure smooth lease execution and optimal mall performance.

The role demands 3–5 years in mall leasing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a background in retail property. Diploma or degree holders are welcome.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Tenant Acquisition: Source and secure tenants that align with the mall’s brand and occupancy targets.
• Lease Management: Oversee negotiation, documentation, renewals and relationship management.
• Strategic Support: Assist Head of Leasing with market analysis and rent strategy.
• Financial & Data Oversight: Manage rental collections and analyze tenant sales performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Ops, and Fit-out teams.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare leasing reports and manage tenant data.

• Tenant Acquisition: Source and secure new tenants that align with the mall’s brand while meeting specific leasing and occupancy targets.
• Lease Management: Oversee the full leasing lifecycle - from negotiation and legal documentation to tenancy renewals and relationship management.
• Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Leasing with market analysis, rental rate strategy, and monitoring competitor retail developments.
• Financial & Data Oversight: Manage rental and deposit collections and analyze tenant sales performance to track overall mall health.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Ops, Fit-out) to ensure seamless lease execution and mall standards.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare leasing reports, manage tenant data, and resolve tenant queries or complaints to improve service standards.
