Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations and payroll would be advantageous.
• Professional HR certification is preferred.

We are seeking a Senior Executive, Human Resource to join RFS Hydraulics Sdn. Bhd. in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic and pivotal role within our organisation. As Senior Executive, Human Resource, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives and drive organisational success. This role reports directly to senior management and has a significant impact on shaping our company culture, employee engagement, and overall operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic human resource policies, programmes and initiatives aligned with business goals and industry best practices
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including talent acquisition, candidate screening, and onboarding of new employees
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
• Lead learning and development initiatives to support employee skill enhancement and career progression
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant legislation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and statutory requirements across all HR functions
• Conduct HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce metrics and departmental performance
• Partner with departmental heads to understand organisational needs and provide strategic HR support and guidance
• Manage employee wellness and health and safety programmes to promote a positive workplace culture
• Lead and mentor junior HR staff, fostering professional development within the HR team
• Handle statutory contributions and submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, and PCB in compliance with local regulations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Sound understanding of compensation, benefits administration and payroll management
• Experience in organisational development and change management is highly valued
