Monitoring and managing incoming inquiries from employees submitted through the Zoho Desk platform. This includes categorizing inquiries based on their nature and urgency.
Offering guidance to employees on various HR-related topics, including company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR systems usage. Ensuring that employees have a clear understanding of the relevant information and resources available to them.
Responsible for liaising with the Application Management Services (AMS) vendor to address and resolve any system issues related to the HR management system (HRMS). This entails effectively communicating the nature of the problem, coordinating troubleshooting efforts, and ensuring that system functionality is restored in a timely manner.
By proactively managing system issues, contributes to the smooth operation of HR processes and minimises disruptions for employees and other stakeholders.
Oversees the setup of employee role permissions in MYHR+, the organisation's HR information system. This involves configuring access rights and privileges based on employees' job roles and responsibilities, ensuring that they have appropriate levels of access to HR data and functionalities.
By maintaining accurate role permissions, helps uphold data integrity and confidentiality while facilitating efficient workflow management within the HR system.
Collaboration with the Organisational & Capability Development team is essential for setting up new divisions or restructuring initiatives within MYHR+. Works closely with stakeholders to initiate requests for structural changes.
This involves navigating the complexities of organisational structure and ensuring that MYHR+ accurately reflects the evolving needs of the organisation. By facilitating seamless integration of structural changes into the HR system, the Senior Associate supports effective workforce management and strategic decision-making.
Provides ongoing support for HR system updates and maintenance tasks, including data management, leave administration, and location setup in MYHR+. This involves responding to user queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing system enhancements as needed.
By staying abreast of system updates and ensuring their successful implementation, it helps optimise the functionality and usability of HR systems, ultimately enhancing overall HR service delivery and employee experience.
Degree or postgraduate qualification in Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, or any relevant discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (SAPSF).
Strong working knowledge and practical experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in HR processes, employee data management, and HR system administration.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in maintaining HR records and employee data.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve HR system and process‑related issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other HR‑related systems or digital tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and strategic thinking.
Willing to be based in Damansara Heights.
