Job summary

Universal Nutribeverage in Malaysia seeks an Export Coordinator to manage international shipments from Malaysia. You will coordinate export orders, liaise with forwarding and shipping agents, and ensure on-time delivery while preparing shipping documents within tight timelines.

You will handle domestic and foreign carriers, ensure compliance with tariff and customs regulations, and generate reports to speed billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in export/shipping coordination and compliance would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in preparing and checking shipping documents and invoices.
• Ability to communicate with forwarders, carriers, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments and scheduling.

Shall meet departmental objectives by coordinating all the export shipment; liaise with forwarding & shipping agents; and initiating export order to make sure prompt & on-time shipment; to correspondence with other department on export order progress.

To prepare shipping document & ensure all the export documents to be submitted within stipulated time.

Working with both domestic and foreign shipping companies.

Coordinating necessary paperwork and documentation in compliance with tariff and customs regulations.

To prepare export document & ensure all the export document to reach customer within stipulated time.

Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods.

To keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process.

To ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.

To handle e-commerce platforms, ensuring orders are deliver on -time and generate reports during month end.

Proactively search for new export sales opportunities through online directors, B2B platforms and trade forums.

Assist in preparations for local and international trade shows or marketing campaigns.
