Job summary

MXM Surfaces is seeking a motivated sales professional in Malaysia (Johor) to handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and support local and export sales. The role requires a diploma/degree in business or related field, at least 2 years of sales experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English. Travel to exhibitions will be required.

You will coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and maintain sales records. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Sales Support, Export Admin, or related roles preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to travel for exhibitions when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, price letters, and related documentation.
• Support sales activities for local and international (export) customers.
• Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate internally for smooth operations.
• Assist in international exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities (local & overseas markets).
• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
