Job summary

ELK-Desa Resources Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to join the People Department. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Executive-level and below across the Group, maintain candidate records, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and content creation for job portals, LinkedIn and social media. You will also build university links, coordinate career fairs and campus talks, and prepare recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of end to end recruitment experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources.
• Familiar with JobStreet, LinkedIn and other digital recruitment platforms.
• Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment or organising career fairs will be an advantage.

Are you passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities? We are looking for a proactive and driven Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to join our People Department and support the Group’s recruitment and talent attraction initiatives.

What You Will Do

Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Executive-level and below positions across the Group.

Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and talent databases.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Create and coordinate recruitment-related content for job portals, LinkedIn and social media platforms.

Support initiatives to strengthen the Company's employer brand and talent attraction efforts.

University & Campus Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges and other educational institutions.

Coordinate career fairs, career talks, campus recruitment activities and networking events.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job portals and other recruitment vendors.

Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and hiring reports.

Support Talent Acquisition and People Department projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.

Minimum 1–2 years of end to end recruitment experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources.

Familiar with JobStreet, LinkedIn and other digital recruitment platforms.

Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment or organising career fairs will be an advantage.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.

Ability to converse and read in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Candidate must be willing to travel within the Klang Valley for work-related purposes, primarily to attend and coordinate interviews at different locations.
