Job summary

Newfields Land Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive, Marketing (Property) to help develop and implement sales and marketing plans that meet company objectives. You will conduct market surveys, monitor trends, plan launches, and manage online presence.

The role requires a Marketing degree or diploma with at least 2 years in property marketing, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel to Selangor/Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years marketing experience in property development or related field.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in sales of residential and commercial properties.
• Willing to travel to Selangor/Kuala Lumpur.
• Preferably executive specializing in property/real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.
• Conduct market surveys and track marketing trends.
• Plan, organise and implement launches, ads and promotions.
• Maintain websites and social media; analyze data.
• Coordinate with authorities to ensure APDL is active.
• Produce marketing collaterals.
• Assist in customer engagement campaigns.
• Support public relations and brand communications.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Assist in develop & implement sales & marketing plans and strategies to meet company's objectives

Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends

Plan, organise and implement sales launches, advertisement and promotion activities

Maintaining websites, Facebook page and looking at data analytics

Liaises relevant authorities and ensure APDL is active and monitor regularly

Manage the production of marketing collaterals

Assist in planning and the preparation of customer engagement campaign

Assist in managing public relations and communications to strengthen brand presence

Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

Degree/ Diploma holder in Marketing or equivalent

Minimum 2 years working experience in Marketing in property development industry or related field

Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English. Able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills

Hands on experience in sales of residential and commercial properties

Willing to travel and work at Selangor / Kuala Lumpur

Preferably executive specializing in property / real estate or equivalent
