OSK Property Holdings Berhad (A member of OSK Group) is seeking an Executive, Marketing (Property Development) to implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. You will assist in formulating strategies, conduct market surveys, liaise with agencies and vendors, prepare promotional materials, manage budgets and coordinate launches and events.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing and at least 2 years of relevant experience in the property

• Understand market trends to propose strategies that boost sales.
• Liaise with creative agencies, consultants, vendors and government agencies to support product development and pricing updates.
• Prepare sales and marketing materials for promotions/ launches.
• Monitor advertising & promotional expenditures within approved budgets.
• Coordinate sales launches and promotional events/ roadshows/exhibitions.
• Prepare project handover documentation with property management.
• Submit APDL material and MOH-related follow-ups timely.
• Develop vendor networks and work with cost-effective vendors.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide selling support during events.
• Provide post mortem analysis on launches/exhibitions.

Executive, Marketing (Property Development)

This role will be responsible to implement Marketing strategies to achieve sales target and business objectives.

Your responsibilities will be:

Assist in the superior in formulating and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Consistently conduct market survey and competitors’ analysis. Provide input and feedback to immediate superior to formulate marketing strategies.

Understand the market trends and preferences of purchasers to propose marketing strategies that boost sales.

Liaise with creative agencies, consultants, vendors and government agencies / authorities to produce the desired results in product development and innovation. Liaise with panel bankers for application of project end financing and pricing updates.

Prepare sales and marketing materials for sales promotions / launches.

Timely submission of marketing budget and monitoring of advertising & promotional expenditure is within approved budget provision.

Coordinate and organize sales launches and promotional events / roadshow / group exhibition.

Prepare project’s handover kit and other relevant documents with property management team.

Timely submission of APDL material, Borang 7F. NAPIC, bumi quota release and other mandatory follow-up submission to MOH and other relevant parties.

Develop comprehensive network of vendor’s contact and work closely with cost efficient vendors.

Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide selling support during sales event / roadshow / exhibition whenever needed.

Provide post mortem analysis and feedback on project launches / exhibition /roadshow etc.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

Possess Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the property industry.
