Job summary

Lovely Century Sdn Bhd seeks a Marketing Executive to coordinate campaigns and sales activities for its property development projects in Shah Alam. You will monitor A&P budgets, execute planned activities, and conduct competitor research.

You will handle social media, content marketing, website updates, and production of marketing collaterals. On-site events and roadshows are common, with daily enquiry monitoring and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Property Development or Real Estate Management.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in property development.
• Proficient in MS Office; PowerPoint and Canva are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales activities for property development projects.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE (PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT)

Coordinating marketing campaigns & sales activities.

To monitor A&P budget and expenditure within approved budget.

To execute necessary marketing & sales activities as planned.

Conducting marketing competitor research.

Handling social media & content marketing and visual.

Keep track on company website info to be updated on timely manner and monitor all enquiry on daily basis.

Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kit, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, video & etc.

Organized on site event, roadshow.

Liaise with vendors/external parties of their services provided, quotations and jobs delivery on timely manner.

To attend and update of all walk-in/phone calls/mail enquiries on enquiries report and to follow up on timeline manner.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently.

Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.

Possess own transport.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies / Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.

Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in PowerPoint and Canva will advantage

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in property development industry is a MUST for this position.

Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English and Malay (written and spoken) is required. Good command of Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients will be added advantage.
