Job summary

Alam Kotamas Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is seeking a Property Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing strategies for our property projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in property marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, and campaign coordination.

You will conduct market research, support product positioning and launch planning, manage advertising budgets, coordinate sales galleries and events, and prepare marketing materials while maintaining relationships

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Property or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in property development or real estate.
• Knowledge of property marketing, digital advertising, lead generation and campaign management.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of digital marketing platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and analyse target customers, competitors, and market trends.

Support product positioning, pricing strategy, and property launch planning.

Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and lead generation activities.

Manage advertising budgets and monitor campaign performance.

Coordinate sales gallery, sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Prepare and coordinate sales and marketing materials.

Manage relationships with property agencies, sales teams, and marketing partners.

Monitor leads, sales perfomance, and sales conversion rates.

Prepare marketing reports and provide recommendations based on campaign results.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Property or a related field.

At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in property development or real estate.

Knowledge of property marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, and campaign management.

Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
