Job summary

PPC Glomac Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive campaigns, manage digital channels, and assist in creating marketing collateral to support property launches.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Marketing or related field, at least 2 years in property development, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Weekend work and own transport are required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in marketing campaigns and sales activities.
• Conduct marketing research and analyze market trends.
• Handle digital marketing including social media, content marketing and visuals.
• Keep company website information updated and monitor enquiries daily.
• Assist in preparing marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kits, leaflets, banners and videos.
• Attend walk-in customers, telephone and email enquiries to conclude sales.
• Arrange project site/house viewings and follow up with purchasers.
• Update and maintain the customer database and sales reports.
• Update social media posts and respond to followers.
• Assist with upkeep of sales gallery, show units, signboards, banners and bunting.
• Perform administrative work and provide timely reports to Management.
• Undertakes other tasks as directed by superiors from time to time.

Job description

Coordinating and participating in marketing campaigns and sales activities including project launches.

Conducting marketing research.

Handling digital marketing including social media, content marketing and visuals, and distribution of flyers.

Keep track of company website info to be undated promptly and monitor all enquiries on a daily basis.

Assist in the preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kits, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, videos and etc.

To attend all walk-in customers, telephone & email enquiries, and conclude sales.

To arrange for project site/house viewing and follow up with purchaser(s) to conclude sales.

To update and maintain the customer database.

Prepare weekly sales reports and update the sales master control chart.

Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers.

To assist with upkeeping of sales gallery, show units, signboard, billboard, bunting and banner.

Able to handle administrative work and provide timely reports and feedback to Management.

Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time,

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Familiarity with social media and web analytics.

At least 2 years of working experience in the property development industry.

Good command of written and spoken English and BM.

Candidates must be willing to work on weekends, possess own transportation and driving license.
