Qualifikationen

• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in sales of residential and commercial properties.
• Willing to travel to Selangor/Kuala Lumpur.
• Preferably executive specializing in property/real estate.

Aufgaben

• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.
• Conduct market surveys and track marketing trends.
• Plan, organise and implement launches, ads and promotions.
• Maintain websites and social media; analyze data.
• Coordinate with authorities to ensure APDL is active.
• Produce marketing collaterals.
• Assist in customer engagement campaigns.
• Support public relations and brand communications.
• Other tasks as assigned.
