Job summary

Premier Plus Property Group is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Malaysia to support the Marketing Team with planning and executing campaigns, creating promotional content, and managing social media across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will coordinate with designers, vendors, and events teams to drive brand exposure and lead generation.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and those with 1–2 years of marketing experience, requiring strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Public Relations or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience will be an added advantage.
• Creative, energetic, proactive and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, advertisements and promotional content.
• Assist with social media management, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate with designers, printers, media agencies, vendors and other external parties.
• Assist in organising property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, events and promotional activities.
• Prepare and update marketing reports, campaign records and marketing databases.
• Assist in monitoring marketing campaigns, leads, enquiries and promotional results.
• Support the Sales Team with marketing materials, brochures, flyers, banners and other promotional items.
• Assist with photo/video content collection for property marketing and social media.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in maintaining company/project listings on relevant online platforms.
• Ensure marketing materials and information are accurate and up to date.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties assigned by the Marketing Manager / Management.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of photography, video editing or content creation is an advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to support weekend events, roadshows or promotional activities when required.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
