As part of our growth strategy across Asia Pacific, we are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Senior Executive, Dealer Development to strengthen our dealer network and support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Executive, Dealer Development, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing dealer performance, expanding distribution channels, and supporting regional business development initiatives.
Your responsibilities include:
Develop and implement dealer network expansion strategies across Asia Pacific in line with the company's five-year business plan.
Collaborate with dealers to achieve sales, profitability, and operational performance targets.
Monitor and analyse dealer performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, after-sales service, marketing effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute dealer capability-building programmes, including product knowledge and sales training.
Coordinate regional marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, conferences, customer engagement events, and promotional campaigns.
Gather and provide market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Conduct dealer audits, performance evaluations, and regular business reviews.
Support dealer onboarding and implementation of principal-led development programmes.
Coordinate dealer incentive, recognition, and engagement initiatives.
Prepare management reports, business insights, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in dealer development, sales, marketing, or business development.
Experience in commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, automotive, industrial machinery, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Language Requirements
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to communicate with regional stakeholders across Asia Pacific, including Mandarin-speaking counterparts when required.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or additional regional languages is an advantage.
Mobility
Willing to travel locally and internationally.
Possess own transport.
