Join Schindler as a Senior Executive - Commercial and play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects. You will oversee progress claims, contract administration, payment collection, final accounts, and regulatory compliance while working closely with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to support successful project delivery and healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage progress claims, variation orders (VO), invoicing, and related commercial documentation in a timely manner.

Liaise with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on claim certifications and contractual matters.

Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with Project, Sales, Finance, and Credit Control teams to support collections and cash flow.

Administer commercial agreements, final accounts, and project close-out activities.
