Job summary

ONE1JSG, part of Jardine Schindler Group's Business Services Center in Petaling Jaya, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform routine service according to maintenance checklists and assist callback technicians on issues.

The ideal candidate holds a certificate in electrical, mechanical or mechatronic engineering (or a diploma), has own transport, and is willing to work independently including weekly night standby. Safety-focused and customer-oriented behavior is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate in electrical, mechanical or mechatronic or possess Diploma in Engineering.
• Possess own transport, motorbike and valid license.
• Willing to work independently and responsible.
• Willing to perform night standby work.

Responsibilities

• To perform routine service according to the maintenance checklists.
• To assist callback technician on callback issue.
• Perform night standby duty on weekly rotation basis.
• To assist sub-contractor for repair job.
• Practice Schindler Safety Fundamental and promote Safety Behavior.
• To response to customer’s complain on lift related issue and provide rectification accordingly.
• Liaise with customer on the signing of servicing checklist and 2nd schedule book.
• Support and assist inspector to carry out task and inspection according JKKP and Fire Dept. regulations.

Education
