Job summary

ONE1JSG, a Jardine Schindler Group Business Services Center in Petaling Jaya, is seeking a Credit Control Executive to manage invoicing, collections and related billing activities across APAC. You will prepare and follow up invoices, connect with customers to ensure documentation is complete, and coordinate with operations on contractual or billing issues.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Finance or related field, at least 2 years of credit control or sales-related experience, strong

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in credit control or sales-related.
• Good communication and English writing.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up invoices with supporting documents per customer request.
• Coordinate with Operations on contractual, technical or billing issues and respond to customer.
• Collect payments from customers when ready.
• Provide forecast on collection, DSO & NWC forecast.
• Promote safe behavior as per Schindler OH&S Management System.

Job description

Prepare and follow up invoice with supporting document as per customer request, connect with customer to ensure invoicing documentation was received and in good order.

Coordinate with Operation team on any contractual, technical or billing issues and respond to customer

Collected the payment from customer once ready

Reduce PDD by following up with customers and escape properly to SLC, SLM & PLM-EI

Provide forecast on collection, DSO & NWC forecast

Drive and promote safe behavior in accordance with the Schindler OH&S Management System.
