Job summary

Jardine Schindler Group (JSG) invites applications for an Assistant Operations Manager (Lift and Escalator) based in Malaysia. The role focuses on leading field operations, optimizing manpower, and ensuring service delivery excellence while driving safety and compliance across projects.

You will develop and coach technicians, manage maintenance portfolios, and monitor revenue and profitability targets. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and contract management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry, preferably in service, operations, or sales management.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams with direct and indirect reporting relationships.
• Strong leadership, people management, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Good business and commercial acumen with experience in customer relationship management and contract management.
