The Lift Maintenance Technician role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, performing routine service, night standby duties, and supporting repairs while adhering to Schindler Safety Fundamentals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Certificate in electrical, mechanical or mechatronic or possess Diploma in Engineering.
• Possess own transport, motorbike and valid license.
• Willing to work independently and responsible.
• Willing to perform night standby work.

Responsibilities

• To perform routine service according to the maintenance checklists.
• To assist callback technician on callback issue.
• Perform night standby duty/night shift on weekly rotation basis.
• To assist sub-contractor for repair job.
• To assist in NI EI handover inspection.
• Practice Schindler Safety Fundamental and promote Safety Behavior.
• To response to customer’s complain on lift related issue and provide rectification accordingly.
• Liaise with customer on the signing of servicing checklist and 2nd schedule book.
• To perform and complete CPSI as per scheduled.
• Work together with supervisor to complete FI, LPCA and etc.
• Support and assist inspector to carry out task and inspection according JKKP and Fire Dept. regulations.
• To attend tools box meeting.
• To support in building teamwork through involvement and communication.
• Adhere to company Organization Norms, Compliance Radar, perform Compliance Radar and Compliance Book.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and guidelines set for Quality Management and Environmental Management System.
