Job summary

Jardine Schindler Group (JSG) seeks a proactive sales professional to identify and secure new maintenance contracts in APAC, with a focus on Malaysia. You will build relationships with building owners, managers and key stakeholders, and negotiate commercial terms to expand the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and translate them into business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct frequent customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new maintenance contract opportunities to expand the customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with building owners, property managers, consultants, and key decision makers.
• Regularly engage customers to identify potential business opportunities and improve customer retention.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate maintenance contract proposals, pricing, and terms to secure new opportunities.
• Handle inquiries, objections, and complaints to secure business opportunities.
• Monitor status and propose renewals for expiring maintenance contracts.
• Provide up-to-date portfolio information to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in reporting portfolio movements to the parent company.
• Review and ensure contracts are commercially and operationally viable.
• Maintain documentation of renewals and customer agreements.
