Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a branch-based Sales & Service professional in Mentakab to deliver superior customer service, hit product targets, and support cross-selling across CASA, FD, PL, and credit offerings.

You will assist with daily branch operations including transaction processing, cash balancing, risk controls, and compliance with Code of Conduct. Fresh graduates are welcome; Malaysian citizens preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
• Related working experience in financial institution or related field is desirable.
• Customer interaction / cash handling / transaction processing / sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to CSAT targets.
• Carry clear targets for CASA and FD Book growth and account opening; cross-sell PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales, and ASBF Funding.
• Learn and use I-Pads/other devices for customer service and cross selling.
• Assist in calling customers for service/sales interactions.
• Carry out Branch RCSA through sample checking and rectification.
• Accept and process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances, etc.).
• Over-ride transactions per bank limits.
• Responsible for branch cash holding and end-of-day balancing.
• Comply with staff rotation guidelines to mitigate operational risk.
• Observe and comply with Code of Conduct & Ethics.
• Maintain confidentiality of customers and bank information.
• Keep area clean and professional; attend trainings including e-learning/Workday.
• Filing of reports and assist in branch housekeeping as needed.
• Carry out other duties as assigned periodically.
