Job summary

Ace Golfing Services in Shah Alam is seeking a Senior Executive to drive operational excellence across our golfing services. This full-time role oversees processes, implements industrial engineering methods, and leads cross-functional teams to boost efficiency and profitability.

You will monitor KPIs, manage resources and SOPs, and collaborate with senior management on strategic objectives while upholding health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering/operations field.
• 5–7 years in operations management or industrial engineering.
• Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma expertise.
• Data analysis skills and familiarity with performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise operational processes across golf facilities and services to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Apply industrial engineering methodologies to identify bottlenecks and streamline operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports on operational metrics and business performance.
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling to ensure optimal utilisation of staff, equipment, and facilities.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive to join our team at our Setia Alam Selangor location. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in driving operational excellence and business performance across our golfing services. As Senior Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing key operational functions, optimising processes, and implementing industrial engineering principles to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role is integral to achieving our organisational objectives and positioning Ace Golfing Services for sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise operational processes across golf facilities and services to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and operational best practices
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports on operational metrics and business performance
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling to ensure optimal utilisation of staff, equipment, and facilities
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across all operations
• Collaborate with senior management to establish strategic objectives and contribute to business planning initiatives
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operational areas
• Train and mentor operational staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in operations management, process improvement, or industrial engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with relevant software tools and systems for performance monitoring
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and at all organisational levels
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal formats
• Experience in the hospitality, leisure, or service industry is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive organisational change effectively
