Job summary

AME Elite Consortium Berhad 腾宇集团 is seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Coordinator to support logistics, shipping, and offshore project activities in Malaysia. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, maritime, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, maritime, offshore, commercial, or financially oriented operations.
• Strong coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, end users, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of commercial and operational activities.
• Prepare quotations, estimated costing, and rate proposals for customers with timely follow-up and quality service.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, principals, customers, and business partners to support continuity and growth.
• Support commercial and operational planning activities, including project coordination, financial tracking, and documentation for offshore maintenance, repair, lay-up, and reactivation activities.
• Arrange and coordinate client visits to the port and operational sites before and during vessel operations to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.
• Support in managing stakeholder communications, internal and external correspondences, and administrative matters.
• Assist in preparing and drafting commercial documents including letters of offer, appointment letters, agreements, and related correspondences.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentation materials, and record meeting minutes to ensure proper follow-up and timely completion of action items.

Education
