Job summary

AME Elite Consortium Berhad (腾宇集团) is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee inbound/outbound goods, documentation, and cost control within our Johor operations. You will drive process improvements, coordinate with customs and freight partners, and maintain ERP flowcharts and HS code/tax exemptions as needed.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize inbound/outbound goods according to procurement SOP.
• Ensure proper documentation (K1 forms, receipts, invoices) is maintained.
• Coordinate quarterly meetings with customs officers and freight forwarders for updates and issue resolution.
• Identify and develop partnerships with freight forwarders or courier services.
• Monitor logistics performance, maintain ERP logistics flowcharts, and ensure timely PR issuance for transport costs.
• Identify suitable HS codes and manage tax exemptions (e.g., MOF applications, Form E, MJFTA).
• Ensure invoices related to logistics (trucking, SST, courier) are paid on time.
• Support Warehouse Admin in updating IQMS, managing staff timesheets, and handling administrative matters.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse meetings.
