Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned enterprise customers
• Identify business challenges and uncover new technology opportunities within client organizations
• Maintain account records, contract renewals, and growth plans
• Expand revenue through cross-selling and upselling solutions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries and territories
• Conduct business reviews to assess customer satisfaction, risks, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with presales, technical, legal, and leadership teams to support customer initiatives
• Translate customer business needs into suitable technology solutions
• Prepare commercial proposals that balance customer requirements and business objectives
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide updates to management
