Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive in the Kuala Lumpur area. This field sales role focuses on client retention and growth by building trust-based relationships with C‑Level Executives and teams. You will manage a Large Enterprise territory and align Gartner offerings to drive value and revenue growth.

You will own forecasting, pipeline development, and account planning, with a travel-ready mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years' B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to and influencing C‑Level Executives.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proven ability to own, manage, and forecast a complex sales process.
• Willingness to conduct travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive value delivery with current Gartner clients and maximise value from services.
• Identify, cultivate, qualify and close client growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell.
• Continually build a pipeline of high‑quality opportunities to deliver against sales metrics.
• Quota responsibility for your assigned territory; manage complex high‑revenue sales.
• Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
