Job summary

JAC Recruitment International in Malaysia seeks a Senior Modernization Sales Engineer to drive modernization (MOD) sales and expand the lift upgrade business. You will manage client relationships, present technical proposals, and work with engineering and sales teams to deliver projects.

The role focuses on identifying upgrade opportunities, preparing tender submissions, and negotiating with owners, consultants, and contractors to position the company as a preferred partner for modernization

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic).
• 3–5 years in engineering sales or elevator industry.
• Experience in modernization or service sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive MOD sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Identify upgrade opportunities in existing portfolios and new clients.
• Prepare tender submissions and participate in negotiations.
• Follow up on project pipelines and convert leads into sales orders.
• Promote solutions to building owners, consultants and contractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams for project delivery.
