Job summary

JAC Recruitment International in Malaysia invites a Senior New Installation (NI) Sales Engineer to drive NI business growth for elevator and escalator solutions in new development projects. You will manage developer, consultant, architect, and contractor relationships, prepare tenders, and lead negotiations.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales within the elevator, M&E, or construction sectors, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, Business Studies, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience in elevator/lift, M&E, or construction industries.
• Experience in sales, tender management, and customer relationship management.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive NI sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare tender submissions, attend tender negotiations, and secure sales orders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially medium and high-rise development projects.
• Maintain and establish strong business relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Follow up closely on project pipelines, tender status, and negotiation progress.
• Promote company products and solutions to customers and key stakeholders.
