Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with an Industrial sector organisation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to hire a Technical Head - Elevators. The role leads installation, commissioning, and maintenance of home lifts across multiple regions, driving technical excellence, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

The incumbent will oversee a large technical team, standardise SOPs, manage project cash flows, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales to ensure

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in Technical Operations / Installation / Service / Maintenance, preferably in Elevators & Lifts.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-location technical teams (200-300 members).
• Degree qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• MBA preferred for senior management roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Installation & Commissioning across multiple regions with timely start, completion, and handover.
• Manage the complete maintenance life cycle, preventive checks, breakdown management, and renewals.
• Lead technical workforce including engineers, supervisors, and field executives; drive capability development.
