Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and sales growth for industrial solutions and projects across Malaysia.

This is a customer-focused B2B sales role, requiring strong experience managing industrial customers with more than 50% exposure to the semiconductor industry. Candidates from related technical B2B sectors are welcome and must travel within Malaysia as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, Process Engineering or related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial B2B sales/business development.
• Proven experience managing industrial customer accounts with over 50% semiconductor exposure.
• Experience selling technical solutions, industrial equipment, EPC projects or process technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong industrial B2B sales and project pipeline across Malaysia.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through direct customer engagement, networking and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on semiconductor customers.
• Drive sales activities from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation and contract closure.
• Prepare and manage RFI/RFP requirements and coordinate proposal development with internal teams.
• Work with sales, engineering, proposal, operations and management to develop technical and commercial solutions.
