Job summary

Allianz Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Sales Support professional to provide comprehensive support and servicing for Employee Benefits (EB) products to Life Agents, Financial Advisors and policyholders.

The role focuses on efficient policy administration, business retention, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while assisting business development initiatives within SLAs. Strong communication and collaboration with intermediaries are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years’ EB and/or Life Agency experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day EB sales support within SLAs and turnaround times.
• Build and maintain relationships with Life Agents and Financial Advisors.
• Participate in joint sales visits with intermediaries when required.
• Assist in executing sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Prepare presentation decks and marketing materials for intermediaries after securing or renewing business.
• Support complaint resolution and service recovery to maintain relationships.
