PolicyStreet is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive Employee Benefits (EB) insurance solutions for corporate clients in Southeast Asia and Australia. You will prospect, pitch, and secure meetings with high-value leads, while owning the EB space from onboarding to claims and ensuring ongoing support for client needs.

The role emphasizes a hunter mindset, with 3+ years in business development or sales, and preference for those with corporate sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in business development, brokering, sales, or client-facing role.
• Experience selling Employee Benefits insurance or HR solutions is advantageous.
• Ability to design and price Employee Benefits offerings to meet market needs.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and secure meetings with high-value corporate leads for EB solutions.
• Drive sales and close deals to hit targets.
• Own the EB space from onboarding to claims.
• Identify key market segments and position group products effectively.
• Manage and service new corporate clients with ongoing support for their EB plans.
• Execute the renewal process to retain corporate clients and ensure continuity of EB plans.
• Follow up on outstanding premiums and claims excesses while maintaining relationships.
