Allianz Malaysia Berhad is seeking an effective Sales Support & Service professional for Employee Benefits. The role focuses on servicing EB products for Life Agents, Financial Advisors and policyholders, ensuring policy administration accuracy, retention, and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supporting sales campaigns, preparing materials for intermediaries, and assisting in complaint resolution to maintain strong business relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Employee Benefits and/or Life Agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle daily support activities within SLAs.
• Experience in resolving complaints and supporting service recovery.
• Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT to simplify tasks.

To provide comprehensive sales support and servicing for Employee Benefits (EB) products to Life Agents, Financial Advisors and policyholders. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient policy administration, business retention, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while supporting business development.

Key Responsibilities

Involved in day-to-day EB sales support activities within the turnaround time and service levels

Build and maintain strong relationships with Life Agents & Financial Advisors to enhance business retention and growth

Participate in joint sales visits with intermediaries when required.

Assist in executing sales campaigns, business development initiatives, and agency engagement activities.

Assist in preparing presentation deck and marketing materials for intermediaries once busness is secured or renewed.

Support complaint resolution and service recovery activities to maintain strong business relationships.

Key Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field

Above 2 years’ experience in Employee Benefits and/or Life Agency

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Handle daily support activities within SLAs

Resolve complaints, support service recovery, and ensure customer satisfaction

Proficient with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
