Job summary

Allianz Malaysia Berhad is seeking an effective Sales Support & Service professional for Employee Benefits. The role focuses on servicing EB products for Life Agents, Financial Advisors and policyholders, ensuring policy administration accuracy, retention, and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supporting sales campaigns, preparing materials for intermediaries, and assisting in complaint resolution to maintain strong business relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Employee Benefits and/or Life Agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle daily support activities within SLAs.
• Experience in resolving complaints and supporting service recovery.
• Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT to simplify tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales support and servicing for EB products to Life Agents, Financial Advisors and policyholders.
• Maintain policy administration accuracy and support business retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and advisers to drive growth.
• Participate in joint visits and assist in sales campaigns and agency engagement activities.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for intermediaries when business is secured or renewed.
• Support complaint resolution and service recovery activities to sustain strong relationships.
